SEVATI Therapeutics is a leading home healthcare therapy provider.

Home Healthcare Provider Automates Business Process with Quickbase Scheduling App

Using paper-based processes and spreadsheets that required a lot of time and resources. SEVATI Therapeutics had no visibility into individual therapist’s patient visit schedules or a method of tracking of key business metrics. This caused a the time from patient visit to payment to be far too long.

Trinity created a comprehensive Quickbase solution to track all aspects of the business, from scheduling, to visit, to billing. The Quickbase scheduling application gave therapists the ability to use tablets to record patient and visit information, along with calendars integrated with the app for efficient patient scheduling.

The solution even allowed SEVATI Therapeutics to manage the patient invoicing and therapist payment processes as well.

We’ve seen significantly improved scheduling of patients, immediate turnaround of visit notes, and reporting that we were never able to get prior to the new Quickbase Scheduling App system.
