The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) already had an integration with QuickBooks, however there were a lot of problems – it was very cumbersome to use. USDOT originally used the integration for invoices, expenses, and payments. They also run a monthly subscription service for their clients, and they used the old integration to process payments. They struggled to get payment information out to process the invoices, they needed an updated integration, so all the information is in one place.
Trinity did a QuickBooks and Stripe integration which streamlined their processes exponentially, so USDOT does not have to work from multiple platforms anymore. Trinity was able to help them streamline the subscription service with automatic invoices using an integration with Stripe.
