Delivering on these requirements presents many challenges because tools to manage these activities are typically manual, labor intensive and ineffective. Solution

A fully integrated laboratory management ecosystem was developed for end-to-end operational efficiency and business management. A key component is the Trinity scheduling calendar for dynamic resource scheduling of both people and instruments. Previously, this task was a labor-intensive process of data gathering and cutting and pasting into Excel. Now scheduling events are automatically generated from the application and the visual calendar allows for easy resolution of scheduling conflicts and optimal use of resources, thus reducing the time effort by 50%.
