Trinity began by visiting Willow Run’s facility in order to understand their business processes in detail and see how the company operated on a daily basis. This intimate understanding of the business yielded a highly tailored application that handles everything from sales orders and fulfillment to inventory management and purchasing. A real highlight for Willow Run was a custom “Buying Module” that allows the team to more efficiently and accurately build purchase orders across dozens of vendors based upon actual upcoming order needs. <ul> <li>Total confidence in inventory and procurement processes.</li> <li>Inventories are highly accurate meaning customers rarely place orders that cannot be fulfilled.</li> <li>Buyers are able to make purchasing decisions more easily using actual sales data.</li> <li>Purchase orders are created automatically across all vendors, saving buyers time and reducing mistakes.</li> </ul>

Trinity developed a workflow solution in Quickbase that allowed NPI to quickly and easily track projects through the project lifecycle and to push statuses of each phase of the project out to the teams using color codes. <ul> <li>Enhanced the process of tracking projects from start to finish.</li> <li>Enabled a more structured workflow for leads and projects with specific phases & statuses.</li> <li>Increased reporting and notification capabilities for NPI and their clients.</li> </ul>

Trinity assisted by combining all the existing manufacturing applications into a single Quickbase app and enhancing and optimizing workflow processes. The new application provided much more visibility and management oversight over all assemblies being manufactured in house. <ul> <li>Unified table structure for easier reporting and management purposes.</li> <li>Greater visibility into the status of all assemblies being built and tested.</li> <li>Developed a new process for work order creation that dramatically reduced the data entry needed.</li> <li>Reduced the time needed to create new assembly types.</li> </ul>

Trinity was able to evaluate the retiring system and determine that something similar, but with additional functionality, could be developed and implemented utilizing the Trinity Calendar. Within a few weeks, CRH had a new timeline view calendar up and running and the old system was turned off. <ul> <li>The code for the new calendar is all hosted in Quickbase, which removes the dependency on a 3rd party for application uptime.</li> <li>The backend of the new system has been drastically improved making the learning curve for new users almost non-existent.</li> <li>The Trinity Calendar implementation is flexible and configurable for the short- and long-term needs of CRH.</li> </ul>

<p class="paragraph"><strong>Walmart Enhances Efficiency and Accountability with Trinity’s Mobile Work Order Solution</strong></p> <p class="paragraph">Trinity collaborated with Walmart's Facility Maintenance Team to create a team-based Work Order system with mobile capabilities. This new system allows technicians to update work orders in the field, enhancing documentation and accountability. Work Order queues were designed for each team, enabling technicians to quickly assign tasks, leading to improved workload management.</p> <ul> <li>More Accurate Reporting</li> <li>Technicians see the work order queue in real-time and can respond immediately</li> <li>Reduced the system administrative functions from weeks to same day</li> <li>Employees can quickly enter work orders via mobile device utilizing QR code scanning</li> </ul>
