

Due to heavy organic Quickbase utilization at Southwest Airlines, a governance process became necessary to manage app usage and policy compliance. It was a challenge to report on inactive, duplicate, or potentially high risk applications in an effective, timely manner. Pulling multiple CSV files from the Southwest Airlines Quickbase realm to obtain and assess the data was not a sustainable and scalable option.
Trinity developed a custom user-facing interface, to complement the existing application, eliminate constraints and streamline the overall process. Ultimately providing an effective, cost-conscious solution within a very short amount of time.
