Overview

Southwest Airlines utilizes Quick Base to improve on
their Ground Ops Inventory Tracking

Challenge

Ground Ops used Quick Base to create a short-term solution for tracking basic equipment issuances at various stations. Upon creating the Quick Base app with native- only functionality, it was quickly evident that the check-in/out process was inefficient, time consuming and desperately needed a custom interface with advanced features.

Solution

Trinity developed a custom user-facing interface, to complement the existing application, eliminate constraints and streamline the overall process. Ultimately providing an effective, cost-conscious solution within a very short amount of time.
