Rimrock Energy was looking to find a new solution because their original system, Prolog, was ending support. Additionally, Prolog was old and outdated. Rimrock was also having a difficult time integrating with QuickBooks because their current application was notorious for being difficult to integrate and they were struggling to find a new project management system.

Solution

Trinity was able to develop an all-inclusive solution for Rimrock to track projects, invoices, and purchase orders. They provided Rimrock with a project management application that included a comprehensive approval process and an integration with QuickBooks.
