Due to heavy organic Quick Base utilization at Southwest Airlines, a governance process
became necessary to manage app usage and policy compliance. It was a challenge to report
on inactive, duplicate, or potentially high-risk applications in an effective, timely manner.
Pulling multiple CSV files from the Southwest Airlines Quick Base realm to obtain and assess
the data was not a sustainable and scalable option.
