Trinity provides value that extends beyond their ability to create an effective software tool due to their expertise in process management. During discovery and building phases, they provided key input. They have been sensitive to the budgeted hours, but flexible to our changes. Kristie McGhee has been amazing and patient with us as we are out of our comfort zone.
